General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dgb99 platform and all services under it. The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The dgb99 website, mobile version and all of its services.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on the dgb99 platform.
• "Operator" — The entity that operates the dgb99 platform.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same household, the same device or the same IP address is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. If an account is registered with false information, it will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings in that account may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dgb99 reserves the right to verify identity at any time to ensure security. When requested, the user must provide a national identity card, passport or other government-recognised identification document. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (password, username) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use the account is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.4 Updating Account Information

If any registered information changes (such as phone number or payment method), update it on the platform right away or contact support. dgb99 is not responsible for any failed transactions resulting from outdated information.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the dgb99 platform is ৳200. Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Information provided at the time of deposit must be accurate. Transactions made with incorrect information may be cancelled.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to complete wagering on eligible games
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus balance will be cancelled
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited from the account concerned
• dgb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time

5.3 VIP Program

The dgb99 VIP program has three tiers. Members progress to higher tiers gradually based on their activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

5.4 Promotion Abuse

Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts, using another family member's account, or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All games on the dgb99 platform are based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. If any discrepancy occurs in a game result due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Returns

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical problem or a server error occurs, dgb99 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake amount. The outcome of a successfully completed bet cannot be changed.

6.3 Disconnection

If a game remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection, dgb99 will determine the result of that game according to system records. dgb99 does not bear responsibility for connection problems.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. dgb99 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activities are proven, the account may be closed and funds forfeited, along with any applicable legal action:

• Money laundering or illegal movement of funds
• Operating multiple accounts
• Placing fake bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system
• Using software bots, automated scripts or manipulation tools
• Harassing or deceiving other users
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Operating an account using another person's identity

7.1 Investigation and Action

If suspicious activity is detected, dgb99 may temporarily suspend the account in the interest of investigation. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, a permanent ban may be imposed.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by dgb99

dgb99 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms is proven
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected
• If evidence of registration using false information is found
• Upon receiving instructions from law enforcement authorities

8.2 Closure Request by the User

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may inform the support team. Requests for self-exclusion or a responsible gaming break are also accepted.

8.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the bonus balance will be forfeited. A decision regarding the return of any valid real balance (deposited funds) will be made after the investigation is complete.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. dgb99 does not accept any obligation to provide compensation for such interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Services

dgb99 is not responsible for issues with payment gateways, game software providers, or other third-party services. However, dgb99 will assist in resolving such issues promptly.

9.3 User Financial Losses
